Training is the acquisition of knowledge, skills, and competencies as a result of the teaching of vocational or practical skills and knowledge that relate to specific useful competencies. Wemark is one of the organization which provides training to Hotel industry in order to improve their capability, capacity, productivity and performance.

Our belief is “Training is one of the major tool to become the best in the Modern era”. In order to fulfill this statement we help impart training to hotels and help them to reach the sky. We provide services which include counselling of employee, skill assessment, and supportive services in terms of behavioural standards.

Counselling of Employees

Employee counselling is a psychological health care intervention which can take many forms. Its aim is to assist both the employer and employee by intervening with an active problem-solving approach to tackling the problems at hand. This includes dealing with the guest, communication skills ,quick action &response in order to overcome the problem of guest during their visit.

Our action gives employees of the hotel a valuable opportunity to work through problems and stress in a strictly confidential and supportive atmosphere. It provides access to several basic forms of helping: giving information, direct action, teaching and coaching, advocacy, and providing feedback.

Soft Skills Training:

Communication skills- Communication process, Types of communication channels, Communication Barriers, perceptions, Active Listening Skills, Non Verbal Communication and Effective ways of Understanding a customer etc.

Customer service- Customer Approach, Customer Facts, Importance of Customer Loyalty, Customer Profiling, Handling Challenging customers and situations, customer engagement & creating delight in every transaction, moment of truth, store level customer concerns and solutions etc.

Hygiene and grooming- All aspects of personal hygiene, importance of grooming, creating an impression etc.

Skill Assessment

Everyone has things that they love to do and skills they like to use. While giving training sessions, wework on employee’s soft skills ,persuasion and welcome their innovating ideas. We also work on their leadership and managerial standards , goal setting, and time management.

Behavioural Standards

Behavioural standards help members and employees make appropriate decisions when the issues they face involve ethical considerations. It will help in support of day-to-day decisions. This includes personality development and body language of the employee.
